Shipping & Return Policy
• Each order is shipped out within 1-3 business days after purchase. Yes ALL items are on hand unless labeled “Pre-order”.
• DISCLAIMER! All custom orders are labeled (MC CUSTOM) and are made to order, sizing may vary and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customization time is located at the bottom of each product description. Customization time for special “Custom Orders” designed by customer can take up 4-10 BUSINESS days
• Shipping options available are: Standard 2-5 day, Priority 1-3 day. Tracking numbers are issued via email, once you receive tracking number please allow 24 HOURS for your tracking to update.
• Please make sure shipping information (address, zip code & email) are correct as we are not responsible for any errors after items ship within the information given to us. Tracking number are sent to the email provided during check out. DISCLAIMER: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS POSTAL CARRIERS MAY HAVE ONCE WE SHIP PACKAGE.
• ALL sales are final, there are no refunds available. Local customers are free to try on items, even orders purchased online for “pick-up”, no exchanges after leaving shop.
• Exchanges are welcomed, ONLY if tag is still attached to item within 1-2 days after item has delivered for NON-LOCAL customers only. One time exchange.
• Exchange steps for NON-LOCAL customers:

Verify that it has not been more than 1-2 days since delivery & Contact us to let us know you’d like to exchange your item and in detail why.

Provide us with your order number so we can forward you a return label through email.
- Once return label is scanned successfully we’ll provide you with a gift code with the balance of your original purchase. For a one time purchase. Excluding shipping as returns are free. Notify us when return package is scanned.
• All international orders ship with 3-5 business days and ship with USPS first class shipping. Please allow 48 hours for tracking number to update.
